By accessing or using Tether, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Tether for your internal business purposes.

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Tether. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Tether:

  • For any unlawful purpose
  • To violate any laws or regulations
  • To infringe on the rights of others
  • To transmit harmful code or malware
  • To spam or harass other users
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service

Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Disclaimer

Tether is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tether be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
